1. Forex Currency Orders
Once an order is processed and currency is delivered or picked up, it cannot be refunded.
If a customer cancels before delivery or pickup, a refund may be issued after deducting processing charges.
2. Remittance Transfers
Transfers made to international banks are non-refundable after processing.
If a transaction fails due to a technical issue or compliance rejection, we will initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days.
3. Travel Cards
Unused or partially used balances can be refunded by submitting a request along with the card and KYC.
Refunds are processed as per card issuer timelines and charges.
4. Refund Process
To initiate a refund:

1. Account Responsibility
Users must provide accurate and complete information during transactions. We reserve the right to suspend services for suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant behavior.
2. Service Eligibility
Only Indian residents aged 18+ are eligible for forex and remittance services.
3. Compliance
All transactions must follow FEMA and RBI rules. You are responsible for ensuring the purpose of your transaction is legal and within remittance limits.
4. Limitations
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party banks, global holidays, or incorrect recipient details.
Users must double-check all transaction details before confirming.
5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Indian law, and disputes will be resolved in courts located in Bangalore, India.
