Usually, if you apply for a forex card between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., it takes
around 4 working hours to activate. If you apply in the afternoon, it will be
processed the next working day.

If you load the local currency onto the card, there are no extra charges.
However, if you load a different country's currency and use the card in another country, a 2.5% cross-border charge will apply. For example, if you load USD and use it in Indonesia, cross-conversion or cross-border charges will be applicable. These charges are applicable to 99% of forex cards.

• We offer a multi-currency card that is valid for up to 5 years. You can load up to 12 different currencies on this card, and it can be used in over 40 countries—except Nepal and Bhutan.
• The card is protected with a secure PIN, and every transaction requires PIN
  authentication for added safety.
• We offer free swiping, tapping, and e-commerce facilities with this card. There are no reloading charges for the next 5 years.
• You can reload the card even while you are abroad—just give us a call or chat with
  us, and we’ll assist you with the reload.
  We also have an easy refund process. After your travel, you can encash the remaining card balance here.
• This card comes with mobile banking facilities, allowing you to control the card from your smartphone.
